An alternate email address is an email address and it can be the email you use at work or school or your personal one.
We use the alternate email address to send you notification about your account, such as when you change your password,
security question or answer or if you change your alternate email address. Alternative email address allows you to retrieve
your login information in the case that you forget your password and to help make it easier to resolve potential
security issues that may arise in the future.

If you forget Login ID, please visit our "Login ID recovery" page.
You can provide us your alternate email to which we will send an email for the matching Login ID(s) or you can give us your
first name, last name, date of birth and we will display the matching Login ID(s) on the screen.

We will verify your identity and then we will send you a link to your alternate email address to reset your password. Use
the link to enter your new password. There is also another option of using the Security Question listed on the account
if you are unable to use the alternate email address.
